The Economic Development Authority (EDA)
The Economic Development Authority (EDA) members include elected City officials, local citizens and business representatives to create and maintain a pro-business environment, a high quality of personal life style and a strong sense of community. The EDA considers ways to attract and retain businesses in Spring Grove, assist businesses with expansion, and enable the quality commercial and industrial development and/or rehabilitation of areas within the community.
The Spring Grove EDA offers gap financing for businesses, and work closely with the City Council regarding tax incentives, in addition to marketing outreach to attract new business and development projects.
The Spring Grove Economic Development Authority also sponsors a Resident Recruitment Incentive Program to attract families with school age children to our City.
