Spring Grove may be a small town, but that doesn't mean that its list of things to do is small. Many activities,
groups, programs are available for a wide variety of ages and interests.
Many service clubs are active and help make the community what it is. These clubs include three 4-H Clubs, Girls
Scouts, Boy Scouts, Lions' Club, Commercial Club, and various church clubs. Depending on
your interests, there is sure to be something you'd enjoy.
For the outdoor enthusiast, Spring Grove offers a variety of pretty, tree-covered parks with walking paths, playground
equipment, campgrounds, picnic shelters, gazebos, and an archery range. These parks are also host to many local
events such as the summer Music in the Park program.
Spring Grove children fill their summer days with the Summer
Rec programs of baseball, softball, and t-ball. They also
enjoy the new $1.8 million

Reading Program for children, a monthly craft night
during the school year, the "1,000 Books Before Kindergarten"

all read. It is open to any age person that enjoys reading and
discussing books.
The Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) program is an excellent way for young families to meet other young
